We are looking for a data-driven professional to join the Client Relationships & Service division and help improve decision-making through deep analytical research, experimentation, and modeling.
This role sits at the intersection of Data Analytics, Data Science, and Research. It is a strong fit for someone who combines solid analytical thinking with hands-on experience in experimentation, causal inference, and applied modeling, and who is excited to work on operational efficiency, client behavior, and service performance.
You will work with data from multiple sources, identify inefficiencies and hidden patterns, assess the impact of changes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
/ Key responsibilities and objectives:
• Define and improve metrics reflecting product performance, service quality, and operational efficiency
• Analyze client behavior and service processes to identify trends, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and drivers of performance
• Work on problems related to attrition / churn, customer behavior, operational effectiveness, and service improvement
• Collect data from multiple sources and ensure its quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Clean, structure, and transform raw data into datasets suitable for advanced analysis
• Conduct deep-dive analysis and research to uncover patterns and generate actionable insights
• Design and interpret A/B tests and other analytical frameworks for measuring impact
• Apply causal inference methods to understand what truly drives observed business outcomes
• Assess solutions through backtesting, experimentation, and modeling
• Build analytical models to support decision-making and evaluate opportunities for improvement
• Create visualizations, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
• Support advanced analytical initiatives, including work related to LLM-enabled internal solutions, such as insight extraction, text analysis, or knowledge support use cases, where relevant.
• Partner with Data Engineers and cross-functional teams to improve the data landscape and analytical infrastructure
/ Requirements:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics / Data Science / Analytics Research
• Strong command of SQL and Python
• Solid understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory
• Strong experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and interpretation of results
• Good practical understanding of causal inference
• Experience with machine learning and/or mathematical modeling in applied business problems
• Ability to move from raw data to structured insights and business recommendations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of intellectual curiosity
