As a Customer Support Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries related to trading accounts, platform navigation, and general support. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for each client.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries related to accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and trading platform use
- Guide new clients through onboarding, KYC, and account verification
- Log and track customer interactions in compliance with regulatory standards
- Escalate technical or complex issues to relevant departments
- Support internal teams by sharing customer feedback and insights
- Help identify potential security issues or fraudulent activity
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer support services
Your Profile- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of customer support experience, ideally in financial services or brokerage
- Fluency in English and German or Hungarian (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
