Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced C++/Rust Developer to join our hiring partner team building algorithmic trading systems.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai with relocation support, including accommodation covered as part of the relocation package.

• Participate in the development and optimization of algorithmic trading systems
• Write clean, high-performance code in C++ or Rust
• Work with a team of engineers and quants to deliver robust, scalable trading infrastructure
• Optionally, contribute using Python for scripting or tooling tasks
• Solve complex problems in low-latency environments

• 3+ year of professional experience in C++ or Rust
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and interest in high-performance systems
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Preferred: Graduates from HSE (Faculty of Computer Science) or MIPT (Faculty of Innovation and High Technology)
• Advantage: Participation or awards in math/programming Olympiads
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to relocate and work on-site in Dubai
Nice to Have
• Python programming experience
• Familiarity with algorithmic trading systems or finance domain
• Previous experience in competitive programming or hackathons
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and interest in high-performance systems

• Competitive annual salary: $80,000 – $120,000 USD
