Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced C++/Rust Developer to join our hiring partner team building algorithmic trading systems.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai with relocation support, including accommodation covered as part of the relocation package.

- Participate in the development and optimization of algorithmic trading systems
- Write clean, high-performance code in C++ or Rust
- Work with a team of engineers and quants to deliver robust, scalable trading infrastructure
- Optionally, contribute using Python for scripting or tooling tasks
- Solve complex problems in low-latency environments
- 3+ year of professional experience in C++ or Rust
- Solid software engineering fundamentals and interest in high-performance systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Preferred: Graduates from HSE (Faculty of Computer Science) or MIPT (Faculty of Innovation and High Technology)
- Advantage: Participation or awards in math/programming Olympiads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to relocate and work on-site in Dubai
Nice to Have
- Python programming experience
- Familiarity with algorithmic trading systems or finance domain
- Previous experience in competitive programming or hackathons
- Competitive annual salary: $80,000 – $120,000 USD
