Our client, a leading international IT distribution and solutions company, is seeking a Commercial Team Lead (Apple B2B) to spearhead its Apple Value-Added Distribution (VAD) business strategy across the UGCIS region.
This is a key commercial leadership role, responsible for driving growth, optimizing partner relationships, and ensuring operational excellence in the Apple B2B segment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B technology sales, a proven record in channel management, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:- Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy for Apple’s B2B portfolio, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
Sales & P&L Management:- Own and manage the business P&L, achieving revenue and margin targets while ensuring operational efficiency.
Channel Development:- Identify, recruit, and manage strategic B2B partners, system integrators, and enterprise solution providers.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize partner performance and engagement.
Partner Enablement:- Design and implement partner programs, incentive structures, and enablement initiatives to boost productivity and loyalty.
Enterprise Engagement:- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with top-tier partners and enterprise clients.
- Engage directly with large corporate customers to identify needs and deliver tailored Apple-based solutions.
Digital Transformation & Innovation:- Champion Apple-driven digital transformation initiatives across key verticals and market segments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and technical teams to ensure cohesive execution and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and inspire a regional commercial team, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
Market Intelligence:- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer demands to proactively shape business strategies.
Requirements- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales management, preferably within the IT, consumer electronics, or enterprise technology sectors.
- Strong leadership experience in managing commercial or channel sales teams.
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and drive to exceed business goals.
