• Identify and acquire new liquidity clients across (cold leads)
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce
• Develop targeted outreach strategies for CEOs, Heads of Dealing, Risk Managers etc.
• Represent the group at major industry events (iFX Expo, Finance Magnates etc.)
• Convert event and outbound leads into long-term institutional clients
• Structure liquidity pricing proposals aligned with client flow profile and volume expectations
• Manage the full contracting process, coordinate KYC documentation and onboarding with Compliance and Legal teams
• Oversee payment setup, terms in coordination with Finance
• Serve as the primary commercial owner for all assigned client relationships
• Monitor client trading volumes, net deposits, commissions
• Conduct regular commercial reviews with clients
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product suite
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Technology teams
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
• Deliver weekly pipeline updates and revenue forecasts
• Track key commercial KPIs: (New logos acquired, Trading volume growth, Revenue per client)
