We are looking for a highly analytical and driven professional to join our team as a Collections Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment, contribute to data-driven decision-making, and directly impact business performance.

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports, along with in-depth analytical insights
- Develop high-quality analytical reports and presentations for senior management
- Analyze current business performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- Ensure accuracy of reporting and performance analysis against historical data and budgets
- Design, track, and optimize key collection KPIs, including Recovery Rate, PTP, Kept PTP, Gross Efficiency, and others
- Willingness to relocate to India
- Higher education in mathematics, economics, or a technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Analyst in Collections
- Strong SQL skills (including CTEs, window functions, complex queries, stored procedures)
- Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
- Python knowledge is a plus
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
