Head of Sales – CFD & Multi-Asset Trading

We are seeking a performance-driven Head of Sales to spearhead growth in the global CFD and multi-asset trading market. This role is designed for an accomplished leader with a deep understanding of online trading platforms, sales funnels, and the retail trading landscape.
As Head of Sales, you will own the strategy and execution for conversion, retention, and client engagement across multiple regulated jurisdictions. You will build and lead a high-performing team, drive partnerships, and ensure data-driven decision-making through KPIs, reporting, and CRM optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to convert and retain retail traders across priority markets.
  • Build, manage, and scale a multi-regional, multilingual sales organization, including sales agents and account managers.
  • Optimize CRM workflows, sales pipelines, and communication flows to maximize conversion rates from registration to deposit.
  • Develop retail-focused partnerships and alliances to drive customer acquisition and growth.
  • Create and manage KPI dashboards and monitoring reports to measure performance and ensure accountability.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support teams to align messaging, campaigns, and client communications.
  • Maintain direct relationships with high-value retail clients to understand their needs and improve service delivery.
  • Represent the sales organization in executive planning and decision-making forums.

Key Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven sales leadership experience in a multi-regulated CFD broker.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, multi-regional teams.
  • Strong expertise in trader behavior, client segmentation, and trading platform ecosystems.
  • Advanced understanding of CRM systems, KPIs, and telephony solutions to optimize sales performance.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership skills and a track record of scaling teams.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; English fluency required (native or near-native level).
