About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of the performance and success of the company’s gaming product line. You will identify opportunities across international markets, build compelling value propositions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product strategy, pricing, and distribution.
Your analytical mindset and strategic thinking will help shape the company’s competitive positioning and ensure strong financial results across markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the profitability and commercial success of the gaming accessories portfolio
  • Develop value propositions tailored to different markets and distribution channels
  • Conduct competitive market research to identify key differentiators and trends
  • Collaborate on product development and enhancements to ensure strong market positioning
  • Create and manage product launch plans and roadmaps

  • Prepare regular reports covering performance metrics, timelines, sales results, and ROI

Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within gaming accessories or consumer electronics
  • Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Strong skills in pricing, promotion, and distribution planning
  • Excellent sales strategy and negotiation capabilities
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Passion for the gaming industry and emerging technology trends
