Our partner is a multinational corporate group that is engaged in distribution of IT-products in Europe, Middle East and Africa emerging markets
They are seeking a highly organized and creative BDM to drive the strategic growth of the Bang & Olufsen brand by identifying new business opportunities, expanding premium distribution channels, and establishing long-term partnerships in the high-end consumer electronics and luxury lifestyle segments. The BDM ensures brand positioning, revenue growth, and market presence through proactive business development, partner engagement, and execution of B&O’s global standards in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing business opportunities across CEE region
• Build relationships with developers, local interior designers, architects, and smart home integrators to drive referrals and specify B&O solutions in high-end projects.
• Collaborate with 3rd party solution providers like Lutron, KNX, and control system partners to generate project-based leads.
• Support stores in developing and executing clienteling strategies to grow the customer base and increase repeat sales.
• Leverage CRM tools to activate dormant clients and segment-specific offers.
• Support mono-brand and multi-brand partners in driving performance and elevating brand representation.
• Identify and recruit new channel partners aligned with B&O brand values.
• Ensure partners adhere to brand standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Team Management.
• Final responsibility for the sales growth in the assigned region.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably within active sales of luxury solutions.
• Familiarity with home automation, AV integration, or smart living solutions is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with high-end brands or in a design-driven environment is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of generating new business and developing strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of channel development, distribution models, and retail operations in the premium segment.
• Ability to build and execute commercial strategies tailored to luxury market dynamics.
• Proven knowledge of the local market
• Fluent in English
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
• Passion for design, technology, and premium lifestyle experiences
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
• Willingness to travel as needed for partner visits, events, or market development.
