We are looking for an experienced Brand & Sponsorship Manager to join our hiring partner growing team in Limassol, Cyprus. The company is a well-established international brokerage firm with operations across the US, Europe, and Asia. As part of its continued expansion, the company is looking to hire a Brand & Sponsorship Manager to lead sponsorship initiatives, brand activation, and corporate partnership management.
Key ResponsibilitiesSponsorship Strategy & Coordination
- Manage the full sponsorship cycle — from evaluating opportunities to execution and reporting.
- Act as the main point of contact for all sponsorship, donation, and CSR proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (PR, Legal, Events, Marketing, Regional Offices) and external vendors.
- Develop and execute brand activations tailored to each sponsorship project.
Brand Oversight & Execution
- Ensure brand and messaging consistency across sponsorship and CSR activities.
- Oversee brand placement at sponsored events (both digital and physical).
- Guarantee accurate representation of visual identity across all partnerships.
ROI & Impact Measurement
- Define KPIs and measure the success of initiatives (brand exposure, audience relevance, business impact).
- Maintain a sponsorship/CSR portfolio with regular performance reports.
- Assess the relevance and performance of legacy and ongoing partnerships.
Candidate ProfileExperience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, sponsorship marketing, or corporate partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of branding and how sponsorships enhance trust and brand value.
- Proven ability to manage multiple partnerships and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience in handling third-party vendors and legal/contractual negotiations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Language
- English fluency required.
