We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive Specialist to join an international fintech company. This position plays a key role in driving revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing new B2B clients across global markets.
You will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure — before handing the client over to the Customer Success team.

Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation- Conduct market research to identify and target potential B2B clients.
- Execute outbound sales activities (calls, emails, networking, social selling).
- Use online tools and platforms to identify and qualify leads.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Sales Funnel Management- Qualify prospects to ensure strong fit and long-term partnership potential.
- Understand client needs and tailor product presentations accordingly.
- Deliver clear product demos and value-focused presentations.
- Communicate the competitive advantages and technical value of the solutions.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with mutually beneficial outcomes.
Market & Competitive Analysis- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts.
- Collect insights from prospective clients to support product and sales strategy.
Reporting & Analysis- Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and win/loss performance.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts based on sales data.
- Monitor conversion rates and ensure alignment with quarterly and annual targets.
Administrative Responsibilities- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce).
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and commercial documentation.
- Support collection of KYC documents when needed.
RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or technology.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading technologies.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
- Fluent English + Spanish or Portuguese.
Nice to Have- Experience selling financial technology or trading platforms.
- Background in high-velocity global sales environments.
