As part of their international expansion, they are looking for an Account Executive (B2B) to strengthen client partnerships and drive post-sale revenue growth.
The Account Executive will focus on growing business within existing accounts through proactive relationship management, strategic upselling, and solution-based engagement.
This is not a traditional outbound sales role — the emphasis is on long-term partnership building and helping clients maximize the value of the company’s fintech solutions.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and continuous client satisfaction while uncovering new commercial opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management- Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the company’s technology and liquidity offerings.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Partner with internal teams (sales, product, support) to provide a seamless client experience.
Revenue Growth & Sales Expansion- Conduct business reviews to assess client needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Present tailored fintech solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure successful renewals.
- Monitor client performance and proactively address risks or churn indicators.
Market & Product Expertise- Stay informed about financial market trends, trading systems, and liquidity technologies.
- Gather and share market intelligence and client feedback to enhance products and services.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client engagement strategies.
Reporting & CRM Management- Maintain accurate sales activities, forecasts, and client data within CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Track key performance indicators, including account growth, retention rates, and revenue targets.
RequirementsMust-Have:- Proven B2B sales or account management experience within financial services, trading, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of brokerage, liquidity, or trading platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Track record of expanding existing accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional.
