Our client, a global fintech solutions provider, is expanding their commercial team and is seeking an experienced Account Executive Specialist to drive revenue growth within the APAC region. This role focuses on strategic expansion through targeted outreach, strong relationship-building, and expert product positioning.
This is a high-impact position suited for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of financial technology, trading products, and B2B sales cycles.
Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation- Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients across APAC.
- Build and execute outbound sales campaigns (cold calls, email outreach, social networking, etc.).
- Utilize digital tools and social platforms to identify, qualify, and nurture leads.
- Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Sales Process Management- Assess client needs and recommend tailored fintech solutions.
- Present product capabilities and clearly articulate value propositions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and online presentations.
- Lead negotiations and close deals that drive long-term business growth.
Client Relationship & Revenue Growth- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients derive maximum value from the solution suite.
Market & Competitive Research- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and shifts in the trading technology landscape.
- Share market insights to support product and strategy development.
Reporting & Analysis- Track and analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs, conversion rates, pipeline health).
- Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to performance reviews.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activity in CRM (Salesforce).
Administrative Support- Assist with proposal creation, contract preparation, and documentation.
- Support KYC documentation gathering for new clients.
RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or trading technologies.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and liquidity solutions.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and structured sales methodologies.
- Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and organized.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (both preferred).
Nice to Have- Experience working within APAC markets.
- Background in SaaS or complex technical products.
