About the RoleWe’re seeking an ambitious Account Executive to take ownership of the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.
You’ll work closely with company leadership and product teams, playing a crucial role in shaping both the go-to-market strategy and the sales culture as the business scales. This position is ideal for a driven and entrepreneurial salesperson who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a tangible impact in a $500B+ industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery calls, demos, proposals, and deal closure
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and product team to define strategy and execution plans
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholders
- Identify client pain points and articulate the company’s value proposition clearly and persuasively
- Work with inbound and outbound leads to drive consistent pipeline growth
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to help shape product direction
Candidate Profile- 6+ months of experience in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure sales
- Proven ability to manage and close deals independently
- Strong understanding of modern sales processes and pipeline management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Confidence in engaging with technical buyers (cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a startup or high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not mandatory with strong experience)
