Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle — discovery, planning, execution,
- delivery, and adoption.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience managing software projects as project manager/product owner
- Ability to map and analyze business process (BA experience will be plus)
- Proficiency in writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Understanding of technical constraints, APIs, data flows, and system integrations (not required to be an engineer, but able to speak with engineers confidently).
- Basic to intermediate understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and model limitations
- Experience managing projects involving AI agents, automation, or intelligent systems will be plus
- Experience delivery products aimed at operational efficiency, automation or process optimization
- Hands-on experience in software development lifecycle and methodologies, including traditional agile (SCRUM, KANBAN)
- Technical background or business/IT education
- Proficiency in English at Intermediate level or higher. Communication within the team is in Russian.
