Our partner is a multinational corporate group that is engaged in distribution of IT-products in Europe, Middle East and Africa emerging markets.
Own and grow the Accessories & Peripherals business in Central Asia & the Caucasus - protect and grow the current business - by developing distributor, retail and marketplace partnerships, driving sell-in and sell-out, and delivering the revenue, gross profit and margin targets through the local entities while protecting price integrity.

- Own and deliver revenue, gross profit, margin and sell-out targets for Central Asia & the Caucasus through ASBIS local entities and channel partners
- Develop and manage distributor, retailer and marketplace partnerships; expand distribution footprint and range width
- Build and execute the territory go-to-market plan by country, channel and brand group, aligned with the Commercial Director and BDMs
- Execute pricing, discount and promotion within approved frameworks and approval limits; protect margin and price integrity
- Drive sell-out and stock rotation with partners and Demand Planning; manage order sizing and replenishment to avoid ageing and excess
- Manage by data: territory pipeline, partner performance and reporting by country, channel and brand; flag risks and corrective actions
- Coordinate with BDMs and Marketing on brand priorities, launches and trade support in the territory
- Regional sales / business-development experience in IT, consumer electronics or accessories distribution
- Track record of managing or developing Central Asia & the Caucasus and its channel partners
- Strong channel management across distribution, retail and marketplaces; comfortable carrying an individual revenue and GP target
- Commercially numerate: pricing execution, order sizing, sell-out and margin management
- Willingness to travel across the territory
- Fluent English; Russian and regional languages an advantage
