- Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor, train, and develop up to 10 recruiters, helping each one grow professionally and achieve their goals
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-ones, create IDPs, and set and monitor team goals to ensure high-quality delivery and a clear path for professional growth for each team member
- Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize all stages of the recruitment process, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that increase overall team performance
- Innovation & Tools: Lead the testing and implementation of new tools and technologies to help the team work faster and more effectively
- Analytics & Reporting: Lead recruitment analytics at the team level and present data-driven reports to management to justify strategic decisions
- Business Influence: Act as the primary talent expert for senior leadership, advising on talent strategy, market insights, and hiring plans
- Hands-on Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for 2-3 of the most complex and critical roles per quarter, setting an example for the team and maintaining your expert-level skills
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior or team leadership role, with a track record of managing 5+ direct reports
- Expert-level skills in core recruiting competencies, including sourcing, interviewing, and analytics
- Proven experience in optimizing and building scalable processes
- The ability to see the bigger business picture and connect hiring goals to long-term company objectives
- The ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and inspire a team
- Fluent in English (C1)
