Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Leader / Engagement Manager to join a 1-year high-impact digital transformation project for a leading client in Uzbekistan.
- Developing the strategy and operating model for a large-scale digital ecosystem
- Designing and launching new digital products, including lending and B2B/B2B2C platform solutions
- Defining product strategy, customer journeys, go-to-market approach, and implementation roadmap
- Preparing business cases, market assessments, operating models, and financial analyses
- Leading cross-functional teams across product, business, technology, analytics, and operations
- Managing project delivery from strategy development through implementation and measurable business outcomes
- Supporting digital transformation initiatives and scaling products beyond the pilot phase
- 6-8+ years of experience, including 2-3+ years as a Project Leader / Engagement Manager
- Background in Big 3 or another top-tier strategy consulting firm
- Strong experience delivering projects for banks, fintechs, marketplaces or digital platforms
- Hands-on involvement in digital transformation, product strategy, ecosystem development or launching digital products
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Opportunity to participate in a large-scale technology project.
- Work with high-load systems and large volumes of data.
- One-year contract.
- Office-based work in Uzbekistan.
