- 4–6+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in management consulting, HR consulting, organizational development, or human capital transformation;
- Previous experience with McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, Yakov & Partners, Willis Towers Watson (WTW), Korn Ferry, Mercer, or another leading consulting firm is highly preferred;
- Typical seniority includes Senior Consultant, Consultant, Associate, Senior Associate, or equivalent;
- Proven experience delivering projects for government organizations, public sector institutions, or state-owned enterprises is required;
- Experience working with central banks, financial regulators, or international financial institutions is considered a strong advantage;
- Hands-on experience delivering projects related to:
– Performance Management
– KPI design and implementation
– Strategic Workforce Planning
– Workforce Productivity
– Organizational Effectiveness
– Headcount Optimization;
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop methodologies, analytical models, client deliverables, and implementation materials;
- Experience with functional analysis, workload analysis, workforce planning, or staffing optimization is an advantage;
- Experience adapting international HR methodologies to public sector environments, regulatory requirements, and local legislation is preferred;
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with senior government officials, HR leadership, and business executives;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, HR Analytics, or workforce analytics tools is an advantage;
- Familiarity with ISO 30409, ISO 30414, APQC, ILO Work Study, or similar international workforce management standards is a plus;
- Fluent Russian is required;
- English proficiency sufficient to work with international methodologies and documentation is required;
- Knowledge of Uzbek is considered an advantage.
