Our partner is a multinational corporate group that is engaged in distribution of IT-products in Europe, Middle East and Africa emerging markets.
The Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance, manage financial reporting, and provide strategic insights to support business objectives.

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations
- Evaluate and manage financial risks
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Controller / Senior Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
