Requirements:
- Sell IT Outsourcing & Staff Augmentation services (mid-large clients)
- Develop senior-level relationships with new strategic clients
- Manage & build business relationships across all client levels
- Proactively generate leads for IT recruitment & staffing solutions
Requirements:
- 4+ years B2B sales experience (IT industry a plus)
- Experience in IT Outsourcing, Nearshoring, Consulting, Services, or Recruitment
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Fluency in English
