Key Responsibilities
  • Sell IT Outsourcing and IT Staff Augmentation services to medium and large-sized customers. (Averages range from $0,5 million to $5 million in revenue).
  • Develop strong relationships with strategic new customers at a senior level so that they are positive towards the company as a strategic partner.
  • Build and manage relationships with a target list of direct clients and partners at all levels - "C" level, as well as operational/managerial levels
  • Proactively create demand for IT recruitment and staffing solutions
  • Make cold calls to leads generated from trade shows, networking, strategic accounts, prospective clients, etc.
  • Seek out and respond to prospect company issued RFPs and RFIs
  • Actively update and use the CRM system with new sales opportunities and track all opportunities inside that system.
  • Drive growth through hunting new opportunities
  • Scale accounts at pace

 Required Qualifications
  • You are a Senior in B2B sales and have more than 4 years of experience (plus client database to work on in IT sphere)
  • Your experience was from IT Outsourcing, IT Nearshoring, IT Management consulting consulting, IT Services or IT recruitment field
  • You have knowledge in the IT recruiting / outstaffing process and an interest in the field.
  • You have been working with clients from EU or in the best case on the Germany market
  • You know the whole sales cycle and can organize whole sales process for yourself and as well for your team
  • You have Team Leading intentions or experience
  • You are fluent in German communication
  • Ideally, you were working in Business Development / Sales in HAYS Germany
