What you will be doing:
• Ensuring that all required supporting documentation is maintained:
• Preparation of closing documents with employees and contractors on service agreements - bilingual acts (English-Hungarian)
• Preparation of closing documents for client contracts (timesheets, applications, certificates, invoices)
• Signing of acts in Docusign and verification of the other party's signature
• Drawing up employment contracts and service agreements
• Formation of banking operations (creating payment orders, checking bank statements)
• Cash Flow and other management reports on bank statements
What we expect of you:
• Experienced individual with min. 2 years of experience in corporate finance and/or accounting
• Fluency in Hungarian and very good English (both written and verbal)
• Very good practical knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Financial (or related) educational background
• Attention to detail and accuracy, eager to learn.
