We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our hiring partner`s team.
As a Systems Administrator focused on ERP implementation, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics ERP system within the organization.
This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise in system administration, database management, and project management skills to ensure the ERP system meets the needs of various departments within the company.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in system administration, preferably in a mid-size organization with ERP implementation experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, including installation, configuration, and customization. Strong understanding of database management principles, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience with system integration and data migration projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365, MCSA/MCSE) are a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • ERP Implementation: Lead the technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation project including installation, configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
  • System Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, networks, and end-user devices.
  • Database Management: Manage and maintain the ERP system's database, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
  • User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users on Microsoft Dynamics ERP system and related applications.
  • Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans for critical systems and data.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with ERP vendors and external consultants to resolve technical issues and implement system updates and patches.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of ERP implementation milestones within budget and scope.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the ERP system and IT infrastructure.
