An international creative marketing and events agency, specializing in finance, culture, and technology, is seeking a skilled and ambitious Account Manager to join their Dubai team. As a new addition to their dynamic UAE start-up entity, you'll work closely with a Senior Account Manager in Dubai and collaborate with the wider team in London.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage B2B and B2C event accounts, including meetings, incentive travel, conferences, VIP hospitality, sponsorship activation, and fine dining.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client accounts, overseeing all event delivery stages from planning to execution.
  • Handle financial budget management, event project management, and on-site event coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Travel internationally for site visits and to deliver high-level hospitality experiences at events.
  • Work hybrid hours with occasional evening and weekend shifts for event execution.

Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven account and project management experience in events, specifically within the M.I.C.E. (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) sector.
  • A background in managing end-to-end event planning and on-site execution.
  • Experience in delivering events within the Middle East.
  • Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage and report on client budgets.
  • Proficiency in Arabic (speaking/reading) is desirable.
