SAP EWM implementation
Responsible for all aspects of SAP maintenance and development (without head office supervision).
Management of a local SAP team (up to 3 subordinates), outsourcers supervision.
Changes in SAP customization and development (MM/SD as primary, FI/CO as secondary) due to business changes/projects, like:
SAP processing of codes for mandatory labeling of goods (mandatory changes in batch search/Idocs when selling/returning/inventory) (2020).
SAP Hosting Relocation Project Manager (arvato/DE -> IBS/RU, 01-10.2015).
SAP data processing optimization to improve productivity (changes in programs/IDocs/process steps).
Additional SAP Functionality Design and Development (MM/SD as primary, FI/CO as secondary, with Programmers/Consulters Management in case of external resources usage).
Analysis of IDOC/programs processing errors (debugging).
Daily user support.
Interaction with auditors (external/intragroup, IT/financial) on SAP topics (with special reports design/programming).
Interaction with Business on SOD-topics, SAP Roles modification.

Manage creation of interfaces between SAP and non-SAP (legacy) systems
Manage changes in non-SAP systems and business processes around these systems to make them compliant with SAP business model
Ensure proper transition of legacy systems from old ERP system to SAP

Achievements:

7 interfaces delivered on time and budget. Among them: one on-line interface with local MES (Manufacturing Execution System), and other 4 automatic interfaces with use of iDocs transferred to legacy via CastIron (integration middleware)
Managed to realise personal time and dedicate it to Master/Transactional data transition from legacy systems to SAP
Optimal systems to-be landscape was developed and approved
Business demand for changes in legacy systems was managed in advance to ensure smooth business transition to new ERP model
Parallel changes implementation approach was developed and agreed
Participated and passed super user trainings for SD (sales & distribution) and MM/WM (warehouse management)

2nd and 3rd level support of the customer’s system and its components within the scope of one’s responsibility and implementation (customizing, maintenance and development of work environment in accordance with ITIL (= IPC Incident Problem and Change Management Process) ;
